sounds great on the factory amp, but sounds even better when put a clean 25w RMS to them, and even better if you can get closer to the 60w RMS ratting. Nice and clean mids and highs and the lows are very good as well! Do not run these on your OEM head unit without an amp. Factory/OEM amps will push these speakers, but you will most likely only be seeing 10-15w RMS. It will push them, but not even close to their potential. They are cheap speakers but sound good. My daughters chevy cobalt had cracked and worn out speakers. These sound night and day better. They are crisper and have decent bass. They are a little quieter than the stock gm speakers but I only have the stock radio. Much clearer at 1/2 to 3/4 volume. Great value for the money but do not expect $200 speakers. ... show more

I bought these speakers in Nov 2021. Recently I wasn't sure why it seemed my drivers side speaker was quiet. When I took off the door panel I found the tweeter section of the speaker pulled away from the main speaker. It was held in by a screw only. The sound was ok at best. 400 watts per speaker isn't true. They sound like a standard speaker at 100 watts at best. I will not be buying these speakers again. They are trash. ... show more
