Search thru and read reviews of several USB-C hubs and decide to buy this item even though it has some bad reviews. A day before I bought one with same configuration (IKL... has 4 USBs), its PD port doesn't work (most of reviews don't cover this function). I use this with my S21 Ultra phone via HDMI cable and everything works flawlessly (with all ports occupied). It can charge my phone while I'm using it. The reason to buy this, it's easier to work with mouse and keyboard on the big screen vs phone screen. It feels a tad of warmth after a while. This type of hub is used to be big and bulky, now you can take this with you anywhere. I'm really happy with the purchase. Shipping is really quick, thanks to overnight delivery. My "must have" requirements for an external hub included ethernet and 100W Power Delivery. in addition to those "must-haves", this product has three USB-A 3.0 ports, a micro SD (TransFlash) and SD card readers, and an HDMI port. I've used every part of this & it works very well. So many features rolled into one, there's little need for more adaptors. A word of caution for Apple users (I am not one): it seems that the HDMI port has some peculiarities. I bought one for a friend & he let me know about the Apple/HDMI issue.     • HDMI adapter stopped working after 6 weeks (Edited: Watch our for software updates)

Started off really good. Was able to use this in a home office setup that allowed me to switch between two laptops. Sometime in the last 24 hours, the monitor stopped being detected. Went through the whole troubleshooting checklist and verified all other devices in the setup were good to go, except for this one. USB ports were still working, but the HDMI port definitely stopped working. Word of caution that this might not be the long term solution you need. =*EDIT*= So it wasn't the device. My work laptop decided to do an update that stopped the auto-sensing of the monitor. It just did another update and it works again. Will upgrade the score from 1 to 4 stars. Still minus one star because it sometimes isn't able to process multiple USB inputs properly (starts to call for low USB resources when you have a keyboard, mouse, headphones and webcam). ... show more
