This camera supports micro SD cards up to 128GB in FAT32 format. Please insert or remove the memory card when the camera is powered off. 1. Turn off the camera and insert your micro SD card. The camera will only check if a card is used when booting up. 2. Turn on your camera. Open the APP. If you haven't made the Wi-Fi connection to pair your account with the camera yet, please make the Wi-Fi connection before the following steps. 3. Please click on the preview image of your camera to enter the live view interface. 4. Please click the setting button on the top right (the gear icon) to enter the setting interface. 5. Select the "SD Card Setting" tab. 6. Then, you can find the "Format" button in the "memory card" interface. Please restart (not reset) the camera after a format. I recently installed this security camera and I’m very impressed with its performance. The setup was extremely easy and quick, and the video feed is crystal clear. We enjoyed using this camera for 1 year but the on/off switch has stopped working. It doesn’t click from off to on. It just free slides between the two positions.

Nice camera but less than four months after setup the battery stopped holding a charge. Too bad, otherwise I really loved this little camera as it had reliable motion detection and sd card storage/access. Edit: I turned the camera off and let charge for an extended time and the battery did come back to life...adding one star back to review. ... show more

This tiny surveillance camera is awesome. You can either mount it or just place it anywhere in your house. Just download the app on your phone and follow the instructions. Very easy to use. The image is clear, and you can view them wirelessly in real time on your phone. You have the option to add several of these little bad boys on the app, which means, you can have a view of different room in your house. You can go on set up for each individual camera and change them the way you like. You can switch to motion detection, and get notifications on your phone, once movement is detected. You can name each camera separately, such as "Livingroom, bedroom, etc...and get a view of each room. The only problem might be the battery life. Although it is said that it will last 100 days, mine within 3 days went down to 50%. But I found a way to control this problem. It does not say so in the manual instructions, but I found out the camera can be charged while operating. So, I bought a power bank for each camera and charge them while they're being live. I will encourage everyone to buy these cameras. There is a subscription for a cloud storage, but you can decline it and save your image straight to an SD card. ... show more

I bought these to keep an eye on the house and our kitty while we are at work or if we are away for longer periods of time. It's small and can blend in with other things so they are not so noticeable. The video quality is great in normal lighting/daylight and pretty good in low light (with it's night-vision). The battery has lasted a long time so far, although I would like to see a battery percentage displayed in the app. The app is easy to use and intuitive. I wanted cameras that could support cloud or SD cards - this one does both, although I will most likely just use them with SD cards. They come with a handy little stand that has a piece of double-sided tape but they also come with screws to mount more securely. They also have the USB charging cable.     • Was great but stopped working
It worked amazing for about 6 months but sadly it just stopped working and won't turn on. The battery life was amazing. The motion detection worked great. The video quality isn't the best but that's fine. Very easy to use and connect to the app.

    • Blah- want money back or better product
Horrible - couldn’t even see a clear picture. Set recording twice only to have nothing recorded. Very very frustrating. So hard to find a small camera that doesn’t make you buy a cloud membership, connect to 5g wifi and not just 2.4. View clearly from your phone, be minimal enough to where it’s not visible yet powerful enough to capture someone’s features. If someone broke in my house today and this was my only security device I would NOT be able to properly identify the suspect bc of the poor quality video cam. Should be just as easy as - Charge, Turn on, Connect to WiFi or Bluetooth, Download app, Connect to phone, Set Notifications. ENJOY! Not at all the case here ... show more
