The lever is HORRIBLE! I have to literally bend down and adjust the chair BY HAND. It's beautiful yes but hair gets stuck in the creases. That might not be so bad if I could adjust it by foot like every other chair I've had. Beautiful but horrible buy, I do not recommend! 0 stars if I could

Great chair very nice, big and comfy, but a few things, the screws becomes loose, the chair will stay in the lean back position; you have to continue to try and fix the chair, everytime it’s used.. had it for about 5 months tops and already having issues
