The Hicare extra large ice bath tub is all that. I was shocked at how sturdy and high quality the material is. The setup was easy and I was filling it with water within minutes. It didn't take too long to fill (after I realized the valve was open) and even with using regular hose water without ice blocks for the first test run, it was freezing and took some getting used to. My leg aches felt so much better after and noticeably into the next day. I also found it easy to get in and out of. Just the right height that I didn't have to use a step-stool and once in, it is tall enough to completely submerge yourself. For the price and quality of material it is definitely worth it. The cover is an added bonus to keep dirt, bugs and grass out. Tear down was just as easy. I left it out in the sun to completely dry so I didn't put it away wet. I was able to fit it back into the carry bag without having too much of an issue trying to shrink and squeeze.

I am very happy to finally have a designated plunge bath available for my health recovery journey. I actually struggle immensely with cold. I am hoping this can help me not only with the physical benefits of cold plunges, but serve as a sort of exposure therapy for sensory difficulties. This tub is a pretty good size, I'm petite so it's plenty roomy for me. I don't like leaving collapsible pools/tubs filled unnecessarily long, just to preserve the investment as long as possible. I specifically waited on one that would not be too flimsy to leave up for short periods though because I cannot sustain constant setup and teardown. This one works well for me and balances affordability, size, and structure.

Amazing ice bath does what it’s supposed to do. The quality is great. It’s a decent size to fit a 6 foot person easy in there sitting down. What can you ask for?

I actually used this tub as a pool in my backyard and even as a temporary bathtub when we experienced plumbing issues. This tub is super easy to assemble. It comes with a cover to keep out bugs or dirt. I found the tube it came with to release water to be on the shorter side, and so my husband extended it by attaching a tube bought from Home Depot. The tub is durable and sturdy. It is easy to clean and all around a great investment.
