UPDATE: I reached out to customer service for help with problems with my saw. Admittedly, I should have done that from the beginning. They were over the top wonderful and have promised to either resolve the issues with my saw or refund. I believe this is the best customer service I have ever experienced thus far. This is on-going so I will give a complete update when my issue has resolved. 3 Stars for now. I'm hoping for 5 when all is said and done. Heads up…. ALL returns are charged a 20% restocking fee so mine would be $169.00 to send back. Bent blades that don’t fit well and rub against the housing no matter what I do. It does cut ok but vibration can get really bad. I just don’t feel that the performance justifies the cost. Wish I’d have just purchased the 10” $446 wet tile saw from Harbor Freight that includes a stand and is on wheels, but this one said specifically for lapidary so I expected it to be better… sadly it is not. Im keeping it because I refuse to pay the 20% restock fee; However I will be contacting Amazon to complain about the fact I didn’t see that fee mentioned on ANY of the return policies they have. UPDATE: it keeps getting worse! After using my saw, less than 10 times, and following ALL of the instructions regarding use and care I still had multiple issues before it stopped working altogether during the middle of cut and won’t power on anymore (note: motor was not over tasked and there was no smell of burn) What a waste of money. No response yet from the seller as to my request for assistance, regarding the following issues: The vibration continued to worsened and (don’t know if this was related or not) it grabbed a stone I was cutting slamming in down which cracked the saw table. I utilized the troubleshooting and replaced the washers & nuts (twice). Inspected and cleaned the shaft and oiled as instructed. I even replaced the diamond blade. Also, the sintered blade wouldn’t cut at all. I watched numerous videos regarding cutting techniques for this specific saw and followed them. I was cutting jasper, agates and quartz approximately 1-3” in size.

I received the saw and during shipping some of the bolts had broken for the motor. I was a little upset but then I called the company to let them know and from the get go they were ready to make it right. They sent out a new base the next day and I switched the motor over to it and everything works great. I will definitely buy from this company again.
