⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Defective Scooter and No Support I purchased this scooter expecting a reliable product, but it arrived with serious electrical issues. I took it to a technician, and the problem is not just a replaceable part — the entire internal wiring system is defective, which makes it very expensive to repair. The speedometer doesn’t work either, so there are multiple issues right out of the box. I contacted the seller for help, but they were completely uncooperative. They offered no real solution, just asked what part I wanted to replace, ignoring the fact that the whole scooter is faulty. I’ve already spent money on diagnostics, and now I’m stuck with a defective product that should’ve never been sold in this condition. Very disappointed. Carrier company was a little bit of a headache to deal with. Received an email apologizing that they did not have the color I ordered and gave me a choice of 2 other colors. Assembly was little confusing the videos are not that good. Did give decent rating cause so far scooter seams to be sound.
