⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Defective Scooter and No Support I purchased this scooter expecting a reliable product, but it arrived with serious electrical issues. I took it to a technician, and the problem is not just a replaceable part — the entire internal wiring system is defective, which makes it very expensive to repair. The speedometer doesn’t work either, so there are multiple issues right out of the box. I contacted the seller for help, but they were completely uncooperative. They offered no real solution, just asked what part I wanted to replace, ignoring the fact that the whole scooter is faulty. I’ve already spent money on diagnostics, and now I’m stuck with a defective product that should’ve never been sold in this condition. Very disappointed. Carrier company was a little bit of a headache to deal with. Received an email apologizing that they did not have the color I ordered and gave me a choice of 2 other colors. Assembly was little confusing the videos are not that good. Did give decent rating cause so far scooter seams to be sound. The media could not be loaded. It's freaking awesome and its way bigger than the photo shows like way bigger like some morbidly obese man should be riding it It's amazing the setup process took me 6ix hours which was upsetting but it's has really good value for money and works perfectly
