This is a great scooter for the money! It doesn't come with installation instructions. So if you're not mechanically inclined, it's best to have someone who is or a certified professional do it for you. The seller includes some YouTube videos and you should watch all the other related videos you can find. The customer service for the seller is helpful and responsive. They sent the paperwork promptly. I registered my scooter the next day at the DMV in my state. They gave me the sticker, plate and title while I waited. When I got home I called VOOM motorcycle insurance and for 20 bucks a month or so plus .19 a mile, I got pay as you go by the mile liability insurance. There's only two issues I had with this scooter, both of which were easily corrected. First, the top box with separator plate screw holes don't line up with the rear grab bar holes. Make your own with a like size drill bit. Second, the rear license plate bracket holes don't line up with the actual license plate. I flattened out my bracket using a bench vise and made new holes in my license plate. Which, is perfectly legal as long as you don't interfere with the numbers and letters on the plate. The scooter came well packaged and everything was intact, no damage no missing parts. I changed the oil right away and put in 10w40 full synthetic oil. Next, I'll be looking to change the gear oil as well as future oil changes. The seller also explicitly states to allow the bike a break in period which is great advice. In the first few hundred miles, take it easy, take it slow. No fast starts, no abrupt stops and keep it under 35-40 miles and hour. If you want the bike to go 65, be patient and break it in s.l.o.w.l.y. Be safe and have fun! Thank you guys and gals out there in Texas! ... show more

This scooter is an amazing value that meets and exceeds almost all my expectations. Plenty of get up and go and can cruise comfortably up to 50mph. Max is about 60mph. Plenty of underseat storage and even more in the topcase. Handles and brakes wonderfully. Would be a five star review but the bike had a couple scuffs on the paint from shipping, but not an issue worth returning for. The headlights are very dim at night and I will be upgrading to aftermarket. Lastly there are no assembly instructions so be prepared for that. The blue paint pops in the sun.
