Beware that even though it says you can file for a refund or return with a defective item - you cannot unless you are willing to eat the $400 in shipping cost to get a broken bike and then spend another $400 to send it back to them. They will do anything but take their broken bike back - the bike came out of the box smoking, not running for more than a minute, the battery died after the the third attempt of fixing it, the odometer came cracked and with glue leaking out of it and the speed sensor never worked for the few minutes we ran it. I immediately told them they sent me a broken bike - they offered parts and when I checked on them a month later they let me know they still Hadnā€™t sent them so I said I want a refund since itā€™s defective and they told me I could ship it back on my dime or they could send me an engine but Iā€™d have to pay for labor. I know it looks like a Grom but do not trust this for one second - I only got money back for this non running POS bike by disputing the charge with my bank and winning because itā€™s obvious I shouldnā€™t have to spend money on a product that was shipped to me broken. Itā€™s the worst customer service Iā€™ve ever received from Amazon and the third party seller. You will be disappointed beyond belief and no one will care that it doesnā€™t work ... show more

Very well packaged for shipping. Shipped on freight truck... would be hard for some residential deliveries. Checked oil and filled with gas, connected battery and fired right up! Only issue, is that it tells you to change oil immediately, but the drain plug is directly under the exhaust pipe! Either pipe is bent, or poor design? I took exhaust loose to change oil. Big bang for the buck! Bought this for my wife, so she could learn to ride. I was able to assemble it in 45 minutes with a cordless impact. We immediately changed the oil too. It fired right up without hassle. Title was easy to get and registration was a breeze. .

It came with a minor rub in the fairing but, other than that it was good. watched a few youtube videos on what to upgrade & did that before the first ride. has been a fun little bike. i have purchased a second one.

I bought this bike for my boyfriend on his 29th birthday and the bike has been great. He rides it everyday! Delivered in a week, Amazon will call you and set up a delievery time and location once the Bike arrives in your state, it came with a title attached to it, and some parts of the bike needed to be assembled like the front wheel and the handle bars. Street bike can go up to 70miles an hr. Overall it was a great purchase he loves his gift ... show more
