I saw some previous complaints and wanted to help set the record straight. Just cause the bike come majority pre-built, it does not mean that it does not require any kind of tuning. Any responsible motorcycle rider will make sure to tune their bike up, upgrade anything they see as sketchy or weak. We are even told to change the oil the bike ships with. My start was rough cause my bike started with a super high idle and the second I lowered it, the bike would just bog and shut off.... here is the think for those of you having an issue with high idle, bogging and shutting off. First adjust your throttle cable (very important) make sure there is not too much free play on the throttle when you release it, stick to the proper oil in my case it was 10w-40 for 4 stroke, wet clutch, air cooled motorcycles. Changed the spark plug and air filter as well, the stock air filter is not the greatest so upgrade that asap along with the spark plug. Exhaust is beautiful but if you want more top speed, you may need upgrade that along with a smaller sprocket for higher top speeds. The filter along with the throttle adjustment has significantly upgraded my top speed and my bike does not struggle. Avoid using the wrong oil as your bike may overheat and expand the plates which will then make it difficult to shift gears and you don't want to force a gear shift during that time. Gotta pull over and let the bike cool down. It is a great starter bike, I love mines and even when I Upgrade to my 600cc, I'm still keeping and maintaining her cause she's been getting me to work in back daily and she's fun to ride. Mt only gripe is finding replacement parts or even upgrade parts, nearly impossible unless you go to venom motorsports I think the site is called, they're limited even there. I need to replace an upper fork cap/screw and it's been hell trying to find that. Their customer service is also top notch, the seller helped me so much during the registration process, I can't thank them enough. ... show more

    • Top Speed is only 35 mph with someone that weighs 200 lbs.
The reason why they do not disclose the top speed is because it only goes 35 mph. Not disclosing this information is a red flag. If it went as fast as most 125 cc bikes, they would mention it. This makes sense, does it not?
