    • Struggle to go 20 mpg on 750 watt version
I believe product description is misleading. It says it goes 26 mpg but I find it a struggle to get it up to an even 20 mpg. I am 180 lbs and in decent shape so it shouldn't be a weight issue or in shape issue. I also went about 12 miles and used 3\4 of the battery using the pedal assist. My butt hurts from the seat so plan to upgrade that The overall quality of the bike seems to be good. There are a lot of bikes that say they go 20 mpg so I spent a little more and bought this one for that extra 6 mpg and find 18 mpg is about what I can get it up to. Of course going down hill I reached that 26 but that will happen on any bike on a hill that steep. If the product description said 18.5 mpg and the battery lasted as long as description says I'd give it 5 stars ... show more

    • Great price, but I missed out on a lot to save a some money.
Shouldn't complain to much considering the price I paid. Bike rides well. Acceleration is mediocre at best in until you go to PAS 4. Description says it has integrated rear lights but I sure didn't get one with mine. Also manual has no instructions on setting modes or turning on headlight. I assumed it would activate automatically when I turned the bike on, but I haven't been able to figure out how to get it to turn or or if it just doesn't work. ... show more

So I purchased the bike mainly because the description said it could reach a top speed of 26 mph & then it changed to 21 a day or so later. It will only reach 21 on a full battery usually is about 19. The description also says it comes with a comfortable seat, I disagree. Pedals aren’t great. I do like the suspension & headlight. If something is too good to be true, it usually is - this bike is very weak, absolutely not 750W and barely faster than a regular bicycle. Did not come with the equipment stated, and made of incredibly cheap materials that feel fragile and could break apart at any minute. Not to mention this thing is HEAVY even for an ebike. The worst part is if you try to return it because it's the incorrect product, the Chinese seller does not even respond. We had to go through Amazon customer support just to fix their problem because the seller just disappeared off the face of the earth. Stick to local, reliable brands. ... show more

    • Resist the temptation
This bike was delivered with a non-working battery. Two weeks later no word from the manufacturer, the distribution company is a disconnected number and an unanswered email. I finally got a refund from Amazon (after some wrestling), but the bike is still decorating my living room while I figure out how to donate it or replace the battery somehow. Warranty card included was for another bike manufacturer (Nikto), and directions depict a bike that is different than the one in the box. I hate to risk people's jobs by giving bad reviews, but this is something to be avoided. The savings isn't worth the cost. ... show more

I recently bought this electric bicycle and have had a fair experience with it so far. Pros: The upright and relaxed design of the frame, together with a comfortable saddle, contributes to a good riding posture. The combination of a powerful motor, Shimano 21-Speed gear, and a quick-charging battery allows for varying speeds and ranges. I've noticed it can reach up to 20MPH, with a full charge covering anywhere between 18.64 to 35.55 miles, depending on how much I use the pedal assist or the throttle. The option to use pedal assist at different levels or the throttle is quite handy, depending on whether I want to exert energy or not. Tires are resistant to punctures, which gives a sense of confidence while riding. They are also designed to be reflective for visibility in low light conditions. The backlit color display is easy to read and allows for tracking of various parameters including speed, range, and pedal assist level. The e-bike's warranty is a plus. It covers the e-bike and battery for one year, and the bike parts are free during the quality assurance period. Cons: While the tires are designed to resist punctures and provide better traction, riding uphill or on inclines steeper than 45 degrees can still be challenging. In conclusion, this electric bike has its strengths and weaknesses. While its design, motor power, and added features make it a good buy, there are also some areas that could be improved.
