10/10 but it NOW! It was an amazing price for the huge size of it, and it was fairly simple to put together! I have three cats, all who can fit comfortably on it and two that can share the hammock which they love. I adore this tree and will buy another one for a different room. A good option if you have cats that like to be up high. It's not hard to assemble, but there was a moment where I had to redo it because I read the instructions wrong. I will say, the green part where it has a basket in the center is made out of a slightly stretchier material and my cats are afraid to lay in it. Small floor footprint, just what is needed for small apartment. Cat loves the height and scratch pole features. The hide box is a little small for bigger cat. Top level gives the cat great resting spot. Quality build for the money.

Easy to put together, and decently made for price. It’s a little unstable and shaky so my finicky cat hasn’t shown much interest in it. She loved our last one, which was way more expensive and sturdy. It was just old and tattered and needed replaced. Of course buying a better brand at this point was adding another $60+ to the already expensive cost of 8 years ago for the same cat tree. So we thought we would buy a budget tree and see. So far so good. I would recommend! However if you have elderly cats I would consider looking at their other options with shorter platforms for getting on the tree and maybe wider platforms to help them feel stable. Very wobbly, the fuzzy material is barely stuck on there and one of the screw holes is messed up. On the other hand it is very easy to assemble, comes with extra screws and its tall. I would only buy this when its on special… definitely not worth the full price.

The delivery was horrible, I ordered online because I wanted the item to be delivered by my door, but it was delivered at an Amazon locker. It was to big so it was forced to fit the locker which gave me hard time and had to look for help to gauge it out of the locker, then after that I had to hire someone to carry it to my apartment because it was heavy.
