So far so good, bought this for my 12 year old who’s about 100 lbs . It’s perfect. Goes 45 mph no problem. Says 50 miles of ride time on a charge but if you are driving up any hills you get about 35 miles which is still awesome. It was easy assembly , bike is solid And well made. Prob the best , fastest, lower /mid end bike out of the box there is in my opinion. The seller shipped it and had it at my house 3 days later which is amazing bc I’ve heard horror stories about different brands of bikes saying they’d be there in 7-10 days and they get shipped from china taking close to a month for delivery.

Awful customer service and logistics. Ordered 2 bikes only one shows up. They are not willing to expedite nor give a partial refund for their mistake. Now after less than a month of use...one of the bikes is doing loud noise and chain rubbing

We recently purchased this ebike for my 14 year old. He has really enjoyed the bike, has been zooming all over the neighborhood and to the near by town, with many of his other friends using HeyBikes. He says it is comfortable and easy to use.

The bike was complete, we bought it for our grandson and my husband had no problem putting it together. Knowledge of bikes/dirt bikes helps. A QR code accessed by your phone links you to the assembly instructions. Charges quickly and runs well. The only complaint I have is that we had to purchase the option that the bike came with a helmet, lock, and pedal covers, which made the bike $1699. Those items didn’t arrive with the bike and were coming from a different location, so I assume they are from a 3rd party, not Heybike. They still haven’t arrived. When checking our order, I notice the same bike is offered for $1399 now, without the items that still haven’t arrived. I would’ve preferred that deal and bought our own items. The bike is a winner, very nice. Easy to ride and so far very safe. I would’ve given it a 5 instead of 4 if the price had been the lower price and items had arrived. I would buy the bike again.

So disappointed in this bike. We have replaced a tire- which was very complicated and both brakes. The front brake suddenly popped off while my son was riding. Several screws just came out while riding- most of them were screws already assembled when we received the bike. Then a throttle error… we tried to follow instructions online but now the battery won’t charge at all and the bike is unusable. We’ve only had it 3 months and it is dead. We put over $500 into it on top of the &1400 we paid. Likely trashing it now to cut our losses. Have contacted customer service, but all reviews say it is essentially non-existent, will update if that proves to not be true. I do not recommend this bike or brand. It has absolutely broken my son’s heart and has been a constant headache for us. Avoid!
