Received this beautiful beast fast and I absolutely love it. Super easy and fast to put together. Honestly, it’s been a completely awesome experience. The stock power is super impressive!!! I was able to purchase a FarDriver dongle and tune it up even more which is absolutely awesome. It handles hills and rough terrain way better than I expected, and the acceleration feels smooth and strong (Plenty of torque and power). What really stands out is how sturdy and well-built it feels. You can tell it’s designed for real off-road use, not just casual riding. The suspension does a great job soaking up bumps, which makes longer rides a lot more comfortable. Battery life has also been solid for me—I can get a good amount of riding in without constantly worrying about recharging. It’s just straight up fun all around, whether I’m cruising trails or just exploring around. If you’re looking for something that blends power, durability, and excitement, this bike definitely delivers. Highly recommend! Just don’t even think….purchase it now. They just released it in black as well.

I bought this Heybike for my 13-year-old son as an early birthday present. I was a little nervous ordering it because I’ve been scammed on Amazon before and never received an e-bike, but I went ahead with this one. The estimated delivery was March 19–20, and FedEx dropped it off right on March 20—exactly as promised. The box was in good shape, everything intact, and well bubble-wrapped. The bike came with all the tools needed to put it together, which was great. The only hiccup was the QR code for the instructions—it didn’t work on my iPhone or a second phone I tried. Not a huge deal, but I had to find a YouTube video to figure out assembly, which was a little annoying. Once assembled, we charged it for four hours until the battery was full. My son rides it every day and loves it! It’s fast for him—he said he reached 47 mph on mode three (there are three speed modes). It also has a reverse button, a front bag for your phone, and comes with a tail bag that is shipped separately a few days later. I just received mine and it’s in great condition. Overall, if you’re looking for an e-bike for yourself or a gift, this is a fantastic option. The charge lasts, it goes fast, and it’s definitely worth the money. Highly recommend!

My Son got this Bike because a couple of friends have them and He really liked it. I checked out the Bike and I also liked it. It is a great Bike for teens that are starting to ride and for experienced riders. Please pay attention to the 3 modes. They are setup great for riders. This is a Solid Bike. Not cheap parts and is very durable. My son had an ebike and it was put together with the cheapest parts they could find. No customer service to be found for that ebike. Heybike - has a phone number to contact and a support team that gets back to you in a day or so. This bike is the best for your money. The reliability that you want for your kids or yourself. I'm considering getting one. I'm kinda jealous of his. Lastly, please make sure anyone who rides wears a Helmet and the protective gear. Sorry, That's the father in me!!!!!

Bike arrived with a bent bracket on the frame for the right side peg and no instructions for assembly. Contacted customer support and was instructed to fix it myself then purchase black paint to spray the damaged section of the bike and they’d reimburse me up to $15 for it. After prying the bracket myself then purchasing a boring bit to resize the pin hole (because the bend in the bracket sinched the hole and the pin would not fit) I was able to repair that part myself. My son then finally got to ride his bike for maybe 30minutes before an error 07 code popped which cuts all power to the motor. Again their support teams resolution was sending me a guide to fix it myself. Thankfully they’re so organized they sent the wrong bike information so that was completely useless. I was able to get a guide on my own for the bike I actually purchased. Bike still does not work, still have to received a resolution, but I am now 10hours away from certifying as a journeyman technician for the heybike villain. If you want a career change this is the bike for you as you will need to act as your own technician if you want to actually operate the bike

This ebike is awesome!! It is fast . One thing to note is that there are no instructions and the QR code they gave didn’t work. I used YouTube to build the ebike which overall is very easy to assemble. the seat screw will be lost due to coming loose while riding which has happened to Mii! Never found it either. The seat isn’t that comfortable after long rides but this ebike is definitely worth it!

I am very impressed with the delivery driver first off! Offered help, he got it no problem! Setup was easy with some mechanical background. Be ready with a 13 or 15 mm wrench as the back shock needs both and they offer them as combined and have lock tite on hand for sprocket bolts and caliper bolts. Other than that, plenty of power and suspension for a pit bike.
