Received the bike in good time and the packaging was ok. Started assembly on the bike and everything seemed ok til I got to the back rack. The rear rack mounting brackets were so far out of alignment it couldn't be mounted. After an unsatisfactory bout with the vendor, I went ahead and finished putting it together and discovered that the seat post clamp won't tighten up enough to hold the seat up. Ruined the clamp attempting to adjust the nut up some more. I'm not going to attempt to get my $$ back. I'm going to donate it to a HS kid for a project. Updated review 03/31/24 After some miscommunication and missed calls. Got together with customer service and they shot me new parts. The new parts worked perfectly and am happily riding. My only complaint is the thumb throttle. I'm used to the old twist throttle, the thumb throttle is a bit sensitive for me. Otherwise the bike performs beautifully with lots of power and torque from the 750 watt motor. Also for a smaller bike it actually rides fairly smooth with the front suspension and fat tires. ... show more

    • Loved it but there's some issues
It took a little bit to assemble, the video that shows you how to assemble the bike seemed a little vague but got it done... rode it to school and seemed fine but when I was using the throttle. It broke in a weird way. Now when I have the battery assist on and use the throttle. After it would try to continue as if my hand was on the throttle even though it wasn't... ... show more

Beware! Do not buy. Brand new. Faulty battery. Customer service is garbage. They have been sending me in circles for days now even though the warranty clearly states battery replacements within 30 days. YOU ARE WARNED.
