Bike is great! Only problem was rear brake wasn't working. Support sent me video on how to bleed the brake. I didn't have success. I ended up taking it to a bike shop and they fixed it. Support said they would reimburse me up to $50 and the shop charged $43. I love the bike now.

I really love this bike so much. It takes me everywhere I want to go. It’s comfortable to ride and I love that I don’t have to lean forward to hold the handle bars. It’s a cruiser, nice and comfy. And fast. It’s a big bike.

The bike wasn't too confusing to assemble. It is a lot bigger than i had anticipated, but we like it. The battery removal to charge is great! My biys have scooters and they're a pain carrying up and down the stairs. I just pull my battery out!😊 The bike says it only goes up to 28. I've only seen it go to 26, but i think it goes faster with peddle assist. I was riding beside my husband my screen showed 25 his was 40 and I was keeping pace with him if i kept peddling. I will say at 5'4" I'm a little too short for the lowest the seat will go. But I've learned to throttle and pull myslef up. My husband is 5'11" and has lot of room to straddle and sit easily. Also, i did not recieve the lock and phine mount but I have reached out to see if they will send those as I ordered the bike with them. ... show more
