Yep, I like what I like. I want the best-looking, most space-efficient, durable things in my kitchen. From the moment I took these out of the box, I knew I was in love (don't judge). The bowls are hefty and solid, without being too heavy. The lids are a HUGE perk and a lifesaver when needing to refrigerate dough or salads. HexClad is a premium brand, and they never disappoint, which warrants the expense (ie investment). You're not buying a cheap bowl you'll use for your kids to throw up in. You're buying THE bowls that will go from making -- serving at the table -- potluck contribution -- I think I'll freeze that for later -- and everything in between. 100% recommend! ... show more

    • Nice bowls but the seal doesn't hold
The bowls themselves are great but the lids do not hold a seal for me. I've tried inserting the seal into the lid both ways, and watched the instructional video on Hex Clad's website on the proper way to operate the vent/latch. It doesn't matter what I do, in under an hour the vacuum is lost and the lid is just sitting on top of the bowl rim freely. For an expensive and otherwise high-quality product, for one of the primary features to just not really work is disappointing. The measurement strip stamped inside the bowls is a nice feature, as well as the rubberized base to help prevent the bowl from sliding on a countertop while mixing. ... show more

Good variety of sizes. The lids vacuum seal as expected and work great. A bit on the pricey side is one drawback. But the no slip bottoms work great. Only thing that would have made these better would be if the dial on top had white lettering like the photo shows. The all-black dial makes reading them impossible.
