It probably took my husband an hour to build this cabinet for our 20 gallon tank, but it was well worth the effort. LOVE having enclosed space for all the fish and water stuff…so much stuff! The back has a small round cut-out that I used to run the tubing in and cord out. The unit is both attractive AND functional, as well as a very good value. It is the perfect height too. Purchased to hold my 20 gallon aquarium but was a bit concerned about the "pressboard" material and how spilled water may ruin the finish of the stand. The assembly was tricky as I assembled it by myself, took me a couple of hours. I found the material to be heavy and sturdy with the metal frame supports in the areas where needed. I like the fact that the cabinet doors, with a nudge, slowly close by themselves. Once assembled, I found the stand up to the task. The pressboard surfaces are waterproofed and spills and drips easily wipe off with no affect on the faux wood. The cabinets easly hold my net, chemicals and various other fish supplies. I expect, with a degree of care on my part, that this stand will last me for many years. ... show more

Honestly, I’ll admit that I struggled a lot while assembling this stand - however, I believe that it was completely worth it in the end as it holds a 20 gallon long tank with no problem! Just be aware that the instructions are pictures only and triple check that you’re putting the right piece in the correct place. I did notice that some of the wood had small scratches, but it’s not too noticeable unless if you’re actively searching for ‘em. All in all, it’s very sturdy, good value for your money, and pleasing to look at. ... show more

Title says it all, this is a great double tank stand. I put it together by myself in about an hour or so (for context, I am not a very “handy” person). On the top I have a 29 gallon, and on the bottom a 10 gallon. Plus the extra storage space in the middle is great! The only minor problem I have with it is that I wish they would’ve included a hole behind each of the cabinets instead of just one, that way you’d have more wiring options. But if it’s really that big of a deal you can always drill it yourself. Overall, great product! ... show more

Love this aquarium stand for our 20 gallon tank! So far it is perfect. Priced much better than anything I found at petsmart or Petco. Very sturdy stand that my husband sat on to test out lol. He said it wasn’t difficult to put together. I pulled all the wires through the little hole in the back of the cabinet to hide them and this space just looks so much cleaner. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that the doors are not the same size. My OCD is screaming but other than that, it’s a great product. ... show more

The stand looked nice until the top got wet during a water change. Now I can barely open the left cabinet door, and the veneer is peeling off the top. Had this for about 2 weeks and now it looks terrible.
