This was the perfect size for my entranceway to hold all of the tanks I got for Black Friday. I was able to fit 3 of the Aqueon 14 gallon frameless on there and I will have 2 Aqueon 6 gallon frameless on the bottom. I like that I have a compartment cabinet to hide all my supplies and air pump for my UGFs. Possibly a RO water top off system. It was pretty easy and quick to put together. Although there was 1 ding on the bottom shelf I just positioned my tank to cover it. It’s sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. I like the black wood grain. It’s subtle but doesn’t make it look cheap like the other furniture I see on Amazon that’s “rustic brown” Definitely recommend. ... show more

Based on many years in the hobby, we found this metal aquarium stand VERY IMPRESSIVE !! Arrived quickly, packed very well to protect finishes, all pieces in the box, separate hardware box, clear instruction book. After unpacking the components, we were able to complete assembly in about an hour and a half including coffee breaks. The screws. brackets, and cam locks are quality with a few extras, the pieces all fit together nicely with sound seated screw inserts. The door is exceptional quality and well put together with a real metal handle and hinges. We have put a 75 gallon acrylic tank on the top and filters on the bottom shelves. The metal framework showed no signs of stress. Perfectly suited! The only suggestion we have is that you provide your own screwdriver and hexhead driver/socket wrench combo to speed the process. The tools that are provided are adequate but we found too small for our hands . Did we mention incredible value for money ? ... show more

I am a partially-disabled man, and I was able to assemble it myself with no help in about an hour. Easy to assemble, excellent and easy-to-follow instructions, great design, very sturdy and attractive. And thanks to another review I read before I ordered it, I found that by leaving off the little shelf that sits above the bottom tank, a 29 gallon "tall" tank fits in there and there's plenty of room for the lid to open fully! ... show more

Just received and assembled this stand and I'm very happy with it. It's exceptionally sturdy and looks terrific. Assembly took a while but everything was clearly marked and instructions were easy to follow. I found that the manufacturer had included one extra of each type of bolt and fastener. Ok. I have the stand. And it looks great for our 75 gallon community tank. But i knocked off a star because there was damage to one exterior side end of the tank right out of the box. I decided to live with it because I didn't want to go through contacting someone, waiting for a response, repacking it, returning it, and waiting for another one. That being said, the stand is nice. It's mostly fake wood with metal - apparently cheap metal - so I think it's a bit overpriced. Especially when each piece doesn't have enough packaging to protect it properly. It's heavy duty and it holds our 75 gallon aquarium perfectly. The bottom part had enough space for us to put our fire belly toad tank, and it's got a great amount of storage for all of the fish food and stuff that we like to keep handy by the tank. I dont k ow why the instructions say 2 adults areneeded for assembly because I was able to EASILY put the stand together by myself in like 45 minutes, taking my time even. Instructions were barely needed. Would've been 5 star if it hadn't have had damage right out of the box! ... show more

Likes: The product itself is wonderful! Very well made, nice look to it, and while it did take a while to assemble, it's only because it's so sturdy and reinforced. The door hides an area plenty big for a canister filter and / or supplies. Adjustable shelf is a nice extra. Top is big enough for my 55-gallon tank with room to spare. Dislikes: Amazon's delivery left holes in the box, which caused scratches on the top (which is some sort of thick plastic-coated material) and side. Not cool, Amazon. Not. Cool. Conclusion: Really nice, attractive stand built very well, but you might want to consider ordering directly from the manufacturer to avoid mistreatment of the product at an Amazon warehouse. ... show more
