This chair is really comfortable and really solid. I like that it is tall enough to comfortably rest my head back.i like the rocking feature because it doesn’t go back too far and I don’t feel like I’m going to fall back. The instructions were small but we were able to put it together. Having said that, the product was missing two of the nuts that the bolt from the lumbar support adjustment screw into so I wasn’t able to attach it. While my husband recommended purchasing elsewhere, one of the reasons I specifically decided to purchase from here in addition to the good reviews about the chair was because of the reviews that specifically mentioned customer service. Since I work from home and this is an investment, I felt confident that if something happened, they would respond well. Customer service surpassed my expectations and was outstanding in the timeliness of their response as well as their resolution. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I recently purchased this chair to upgrade from my old one, and it was delivered on time. Assembly was quick, took me about 20-25 minutes even without using any instructions. Upon completion, my initial impression was one of regality and elegance, it has leather covering that is wear resistance. The chair's comfort is particularly noteworthy, addressing my need for extended seating during long hours. It looks durable & it can handle high weight limits, leather is heavy-duty and a robust frame supported by a sturdy metal base capable of accommodating up to 500lbs. This makes it an ideal choice for individuals with a larger build. The chair is equipped with ergonomic lumbar support that can be easily adjusted to meet individual preferences. UPDATE: I was reached out to by the company within 24 hours of my initial review posting. They were incredibly kind and wanted to make things right, which I found very surprising, as my initial review was 3/5 stars and not 1/5. My wife and I bought this chair at the same time, and I could tell something was off when we noticed her chair did not have the same issues mine had. After walking me through troubleshooting the issues, the company was willing to replace the chair. I thoroughly appreciate this kind of customer service, which seems to be a rarity nowadays. The new chair is defiantly a 5 star. I also want to note that the company has not asked me to edit my review, I just want to give credit where it is clearly due. Assembly was rather straightforward, and the chair is pretty nice for the first few weeks. But then it's flaws start to show. I'm having random pops and wobbles, the caps covering bolt holes pop off randomly, the seat starts to list or tilt slightly, even with re-tightening, and I just had the back support adjustment nob slide off like butter. Overall, the chair is alright, but probably not one that'll last a long time.

I needed to replace an aging office chair that I've had for a few years. It took the brunt of a couple cross state moves and was getting creaky and loose. I spent a ton of time researching and reading through reviews before I settled on this chair. Overall I'm happy with the chair. For reference, I'm 6'3" 320lbs. Pros: Easy to put together. Took 20 minutes by myself with little need for instructions. They include a T handle allen wrench which is fantastic as it's much easier on the hands than the normal keys included with most furniture. The chair looks great, very classy looking with the diamond stiching. Very supportive for your lumbar region and also under thighs which is huge for me. Overall very sturdy feeling. Doesn't creek or feel like I'm going to tip over when leaning back. Cons: Overall I wish the chair was a little wider. My old chair was about 2-3 inches wider in the seat. While this chair is not uncomfortable by any means it's simply not as wide. Seat depth. Again, not bad, but not as deep as my old one. I don't feel as though I'm going to fall out of the chair but I do wish it was just a bit deeper. Back height. Much like the other cons, this is more personal. It's not bad, but 4 more inches would be ideal for someone my height. And the biggest con so far. I wish the chair went higher. I have it maxed out and I sit a couple of inches lower than my old chair. It's not terrible but not ideal either. I may look for a taller strut in the future. Overall: I would recommend this chair to just about anyone. It's comfortable, easy to put together, and very sturdy feeling. If you're taller than me and really want/need the taller back you may want to consider another chair but for most people I think this will be a great chair for many years.

We have had the chair several months and it still looks and acts new. My father is 6’2”, 210. It is designed to hold much more weight, and is stable, the up and down function is easily adjusted, the width is nice for anyone, especially one on the plus side. It is attractive, a cross between old world and modern. It doesn’t hurt his lower back thanks to adjusting lumbar support. It’s tall enough that his head can fall back when he “naps “. No neck pain. The best part for him is the depth of the seat. It’s deep enough that it doesn’t press on the nerves that make the legs weak. At 90, being able to confidently get out of a chair is a game changer.
