I have had this collar for my young service dog for a few days now . It fits very nicely , I did have to purchase the pack of extra links though . It performs great . Has someone in a wheelchair with limited mobility? This is a bust for working with service dogs in the beginning of your relationship to save your arms from where and tear. I love that the pressure points go all the way around the dog neck and not just in one area as they do with some other collars that I've used in the past. And for the most part seems very stable and well-made. This has been a lifesaver for me and my medical conditions will also be able to properly correct my service dog in the correct timing to make the correction effective when needed . Would definitely recommend to anyone who is having trouble with impulsivity in young dogs or even old dogs. Just make sure you have a trainer or someone familiar with colors educate you on how to use them most effectively and safely but 100% from my experience. ... show more

Very sturdy, very easy to take the links apart, my puppy pulls on every collar but not this one. I’m always nervous about it coming apart so I got a dual leash extender to connect her leash to the pinch collar and her regular collar at the same time, but it’s never come apart.

Nice collar, but it did unclasp when dog pulled hard. Was correctly closed. Lost a star for that. Now we are nervous to take him walking. Will need to double collar and double leash.

    • Quick release collar comes undone on its own

I have had 3 times since May where the quick release buckle has come undone when I have been walking my 65 pound golden retriever. I do not feel safe using this product because where I walk my dog is on a busy road with a lot of traffic. I have been fortunate that the first time it came undone I was in my own driveway. The other two times the buckle came undone has been at campgrounds where there wasn't any quick moving vehicles. I do not recommend this product. I wish I had purchased the collar that does not have a buckle on it. ... show more

Very well made product. I can tell the difference in how he responds when we walk but definately get some training on how to use it properly. Also, choose your size carefully. My dogs neck is 18" and this collar seems a little big even after removing quite a few links. Do a little reading when sizing it up. But the quality is top notch. ... show more
