    • STURDY STAND
Worth the money. Very sturdy and portable. Love the carrying case too! Much better quality than other portable stands.

    • Like a gift from God
Like a gift from God, this music stand is unbelievable. Immensely stable on the ground level, and soul-soothingly stable at the top. This is not your old, flimsy, folding stand. This is the rock upon which I would build my music career, if I had one to build. I had no idea that folding music stands could feel so secure before this day. Heavy and stiff to just the right extent, with a variety of useful features such as the easy adjustment button, the folding extensions, and the page holder springy things. If you can afford it, totally worth the investment for skipping hours of accidentally knocking the music off a cheaper stand, or knocking the stand off the ground entirely, or accidentally injuring yourself as you slap your head against the cheaper stand in frustration. ... show more

    • Just right music stand.
My previous OnStage music stand wouldn't stay up & kept collapsing; and the music part couldn't hold heavy song books. This Hercules is so easy to adjust, stays up and does NOT collapse once extended, and it holds my music books. Wish I had this Hercules music stand sooner. I love its sturdiness. It's easy to set up. It's also easy to disassemble or fold up to fit in its carry bag. ... show more

    • Exceeded expectations
How often does a product exceed expectations? I just got this today, but having had many kinds of music stands before, I feel compelled to write a review. I have the big, heavy sturdy music stands that aren't portable, and I've had and returned the $15-$25 flimsy portable ones. This one wasn't heavy (just the right amount of weight for the sturdiness it seems to have), took seconds to unfold (due to its clever and user-friendly and intuitive design), and instantly made me smile at the problem-solver this stand seems like it'll be, for every situation I'll need it for. Very sleek and even fun to use. ... show more

    • Excellent construction
This is by far the best portable stand I have purchased. It is very well constructed and is easy to unfold and fold back up in the nice case for transport. Very easy adjust for height. I use this in choir rehearsals that I am a member of and have used it for performance related events at my churches. A great buy. ... show more

    • Very good but pricey
Good stand. My son-in-law “borrowed” the one I had, so I bought it again. Pricey though.

    • the best portable stand for me
I've used lots of other. This is the best one I've. Hight quality, not too heavy and folds easily
