I ordered this because I wanted to incorporate more collagen and the ingredients in this is pretty straightforward just hydrolyzed collagen. The serving is 2 pills for 1000mg of collagen which is equal to 1 gram. I think more than 1 gram is necessary a day so you’d need to take more doses with these to attain a higher amount of collagen consumed. I will update when I start taking them

I have been taking this collagen supplement for a few weeks now. I have seen a change in my hair, nails, face and neck skin. My hair is growing a bit longer faster, I have bangs and have needed to trim them sooner than usual. My nails also need to be cut more often and thay are more smooth. My skin is looking more clear as well, more glow from within.

Finding quality, US-made supplements can be a challenge, so these Marine Collagen Capsules initially caught my eye. Most of the pills out there use tricky way of putting a US company and address and saying Distributed By... While I'm still testing out the potential benefits - like smoother skin and stronger joints - it's too early to draw firm conclusions. However, I have some mixed feelings to share after two weeks. On the positive side, knowing these capsules are manufactured in the US gives me peace of mind regarding quality control and standards. And, the idea of supporting joint health and potentially improving my skin's elasticity through marine collagen is quite appealing. But, there are also some drawbacks worth mentioning. The price tag for a one-month supply is undeniably high compared to other similar supplements. This aspect alone might make it a tough sell for budget-conscious buyers. These collagen capsules are easy to swallow & don’t have a bad taste or aftertaste to them. I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin, nails or hair, but I haven’t been taking them for very long & these things don’t happen overnight. I haven’t experienced any side effects like stomach issues or rash. The instructions recommend taking two capsules a day on an empty stomach. There are 120 capsules in the bottle which would be a two month supply. I noticed that the milligrams in a daily serving is not as high as other collagen supplements I have taken. I do like that it is made in the U.S.A., it’s non-GMO & third party tested. It claims to be gluten free as well, but I don’t have a gluten allergy so it didn’t matter to me. It did take two & a half weeks to receive it so if you need it in a hurry you might want to rethink this.

These capsules are easy to take with no noticeable side effects, however, with that I have not noticed any positive changes to my hair or skin in the time taking these. So they may be working as intended, just not that I can notice with it without them.

I am taking this for its benefits of collagen. This seems to be good at delivering benefits. This takes a little time to work in your system to see results. So far this has been good to take. It doesn’t taste bad at all and the capsules are easy to swallow.
