The set comes with an allen wrench, and assembling with it feels like some sort of initiation rite. Pro tip: ditch it for an allen bit on a screw gun and save yourself some time (and sanity). The materials and construction of the woven pieces are very good. The cushions are thick and the fabric seems durable. The swivel chairs are really nice. We’re pleased with the look. However, assembly is a bit of a nightmare. So many nuts, bolts and washers to sort out. Holes for bolts often did not line up straight. It takes two people and a lot of patience. Also a note on shipping: the furniture came in 5 different deliveries over almost a 3 week period. That’s a long wait to get the whole set. We had a problem receiving the last piece and customer service was great. We bought the set on Prime Day which eased the pain of assembly. I recommend but be prepared for a difficult assembly.

We did a lot of research before purchasing this furinture. We were concerned about some of the assembly challenges that other customers had, but this was not the case for us. I will say, this set took about 6 hours to assemble. The main reason why is many of the screws (allen head) are in locations that are hard to get to using a screw gun or even a screw driver. They do give you an allen wrench to use, and that is what takes the most time. Do yourself a favor and get an allen bit for a screw driver or screw gun. Overall this is a great set for the money. What really sold us was the size of the seat cushions. The furniture is hefty, and the cushions are comfortable. I would recommend this set if you're up for the task of assembling.

Very comfortable to sit on, the ottomans are truly ottomans and not extra seating, at least not for adults. The back cushions are not as “fluffy” in-person as seen in the posting. I highly recommend

I bought this set after looking at A LOT of different options online and in stores. Shipping was fast, came well packaged. I (44F) and my kids put it together over a weekend. For the most part, it was easy to put together and appears sturdy, with 2 minor exceptions. #1. there was one screw that I couldn't get to go in all the way no matter what I tried, but it still seemed secure, so I didn't worry about it and it seems secure, and #2. the center support leg on the couch in the front does not touch the ground. So its pretty useless and not provide any support at all. There's about a 3/4"-1" gap between the bottom of the leg and the ground. The back of the center support leg is fine; its just the front that doesn't touch ground. But again, everything still seems stable and secure. My kids have flopped on it and my husband sits on it, and all seems fine. I might put a small block of wood under it. I wish the cushions were a little fuller, but I can always add to those if needed. Not a big deal. I think the set is a good value. Overall, I'm pleased with the set.

I purchased 2 couches and 4 chairs. One leg on the couch was damaged in shipping. Resolved by sending new arms. The inserts of the backs of the 2 couches are different from the chairs. Company replaced cushions.

This was by far the most difficult furniture I’ve ever had to assemble. The bolts wouldn’t thread and it took about 6+ hours to assemble the couch and one chair. I almost gave up. Also, the cushions are definitely not waterproof as the description suggests. I just picked my cushions up and a gallon of water dumped out of every single one. The cushions are comfy and it’s appealing to the eye but over all very poor quality.
