The knives are great, but the block sucks. Went to pull the 8" Chef's knife out and it stuck, then it gouged the steel pulling it out. Very disappointing. When you warranty the knife through Zwilling you will find that they do not have any 8" Definition Chef Knives left and you will have to get one with a different handle. Whatever. While Zwilling will replace the knife, they will no do anything about the block. They did give me the option to ship the entire block set back, but they would just replace it with the same, stupid self sharpening block. Again, great knives, crap block. Do yourself a favor and get a normal knife block if you need a block. ... show more
