- Our fixed plate dance pole is a perfect choice for home studios, clubs, training rooms, and other venues. It offers enhanced safety and stronger load-bearing capacity. With a 45mm( 1.77inch) diameter, it fits ceilings ranging from 7.3 to 8.86feet. The package includes 2 extension poles and a height adjuster, allowing you to customize the pole to your ceiling height.
- Before installing your dance pole, ensure there is sufficient clearance around it. Have a stable surface to stand on and gather the necessary tools and hardware, including a drill, screws, anchors, a spirit level, a measuring tape, and a ladder or stool if your ceiling is high. It is also recommended to clean the area and remove any obstacles or hazards that could interfere with your dancing.
- Mark and drill the holes (only on the ceiling): Determine the best location for your pole and mark the points for drilling. Ensure the holes are evenly spaced and aligned with the center of the pole. Use a spirit level to guarantee that the pole will be vertical and not tilted. Drill the holes with the appropriate bit size and insert anchors if necessary.
- Assemble and test the pole: Once the top plates are installed, connect the pole sections and lock them in place following the manufacturer's instructions. Place the bottom base on the ground and tighten the pole extension. After assembling the pole, give it a gentle shake and test its stability. If it wobbles or bends, adjust the screws or pole extensions as needed.

It was pretty easy to put together (with help) and is really sturdy with the right installation. There is something particularly hard to grip about the metal though. It is adjustable and can change from static to spin. 👍 Happy with my purchase. And if for some reason it didn’t work, I could have returned it. Happy I did not need to tho!

Works good, but I didn’t receive all the parts in the mail so I had to purchase my own anchoring screws and cannibalize a part from my old pole which was annoying. Glides well for spinning and holds sturdy for static pole.

I love it I’m a level one, I purchased for building my pole conditioning and I really want to recommend this pole I hired someone to install because I want to make sure I don’t have any issues to move or holding my body I enjoy to do my exercises and practices some tricks, I have a proper teachers in a pole aerial studio but if you need to practices at home and continue grow this pole is a good option.
