Gives me a bit of height, feels nice. I'm a 10 and I have the Large. They fit the shoe well. I was able to put them under the sole to prevent sliding or falling out. Feel nice and natural. The extra cushioning is nice and I really don't notice that my heel is higher when walking.

They are very easy to put in my running walking shoes after peeling off the packing film and sticking them into the heel part of the shoes. The memory foam feels relaxing and cushion-like. Normally I would feel tired after hiking for an hour or so even with my favorite walking shoes. With these cushion heel inserts, I walked for a couple of hours and did not feel tired.
