Love this jacket, it's so insanely warm that sometimes even when it's cold outside I get *warm*. Which I like because now I can wear a short sleeve beneath it and not have to layer up. I do find it zips up well and it's comfortable enough, but it is a bit tight across the chest. Which, I don't think I'm super top heavy by any means, I'm about average, so if you're busty this will likely be very tight across your chest. It has a good weight to it, not too heavy and it's not too thick despite how warm it is. Which I like, because I never feel like I'm fighting this thing. I just toss it on and go. It's well made and has withstood cat and dog claws. The hood is deep and big, I can wear it up even with a claw clip in. I sort of wish the fur around the hood was thicker or bigger, but that's more aesthetic preference, because the fur around the hood is legitimately very pretty and modestly fluffy. I love the pockets. If I am just running somewhere super quick, I can toss everything in there. Phone, keys, whatever. Might not hold a long wallet, but you can toss a small wallet in there without problem. They're deep and a good sized. Fit a regular sized water bottle in there more than once and even forgot about it after. Colors are nice too and I like the sleeves a lot, because I can easily tug them down over my hands or even just down to my fingers, which I think is cute. ... show more

This is the warmest, cutest jacket. Love it! You can wear short sleeves, like I do to gym, and it will be the warmest jacket. The pockets are nice and deep and the hood is great.

Some reviews said this coat was a bit snug across the chest but I found the opposite. I ordered a size small and there is plenty of room everywhere; if it came in extra small, that would have fit me better (I'm 4' 11", 115 lbs.) The cuffed internal wrist bands are great to keep you snug and the lining is a wonderful fleece material; definitely keeps you warm. And the hood isn't oversized like most hoods are so it fits my head perfectly without falling over my eyes. The length is about half way down my thighs so it will be perfect for outdoor work (such as snow shoveling). It's not too heavy or too light-weight so if you need a casual winter coat/jacket, I'd recommend this. ... show more

I purchased this coat in preparation for a trip to Michigan and was initially hesitant, as forecasted temperatures ranged from 18 to 32 degrees Fahrenheit throughout my stay. However, the jacket exceeded my expectations. Even at 18 degrees, it provided exceptional warmth; when paired simply with athletic leggings and a long-sleeve shirt, I was able to walk outdoors comfortably with no issues of insulation or mobility. In addition to its thermal performance, the coat is notably flattering in its cut and aesthetically pleasing in design. Given the quality of the garment and the materials used, I intend to have it professionally dry cleaned rather than washing it myself, as I prefer to preserve its structure and longevity. So far this coat has been a great addition to my winter essentials. It's kept me warm on very cold days. The only thing I wish they would have added to this coat is a drawstring for the hood. I have had some issues on windy days keeping the hood on. Beyond that, I love the style of this coat. It's stylish and doesn't make you look like a pill bug. The pockets are a nice size too. Great winter jacket! Nice deep pockets for all your stuff, easy to pop on and off, light weight, and kept me warm in this cold New York winter (ok, with a sweater!) I put it in the drier a few times for the last 10 minutes of the cycle to dewrinkle and it was fine afterwards.
