I put this tarp over a 27 x 12 foot wall tent. Its thick, good quality and not cheaply made. I have staked it down and it has withstood wind gust up to 20 mph. The white color is good, because it lets lots of light into the tent during the day as apposed to dark tarp tents. Very functional and I have had no issues with he tarp. I volunteer at Animal Control in Crescent City CA that has a heavy rain season. We used to use mesh wraps during the rainy season to wrap around the outdoor kennels to try and keep the interior of the kennels dry. Last year I decided to try a few of these tarps instead. These are great. Besides keeping the kennel interior dryer, because they're white, when the sun happens to come out, the light comes through. We previously used gray tarps last winter, and the winter before used black mesh. The white tarp is the winner. This year we wrapped all the kennels with this product. For the kennels that have an exterior doghouse, we purchased the 6’x40’ to wrap around the dog house. Worked great since we discovered the dog houses don’t seal completely when the top is closed so rain would come through the mesh wrap. The tarp prevents it. ... show more
