We tried this for the first time a couple weeks ago while camping. We had this installed, just to be safe, and overnight a storm came up. I heard it raining, but didn't think there was any wind because the awning wasn't bouncing and rocking the camper back and forth. In the morning, when we walked out, there were leaves and branches everywhere and items strewn about. Because of this kit, I was able to sleep more comfortably and not worry about getting up in the middle of the night to bring the awning in, etc. Worked like a charm! ... show more

    • Nice Tie Down Set But...
I was excited to recieve what I thought would be a great set of tie down straps. But to my disappointment when readin the 1 page instructions , in large print it stateted " Not For Box Awnings" which is what my Fiamma 45 S awning is Back to looking

Loved everything about these including the bag. The straps are perfect and the soft ties to go around the awning made quickly rolling in the awning very nice.
