I originally bought a 'Used-Like New' version but sent it back because our versions of 'Like New' didn't align. The box springs were dirty and both frames were badly bent as if a forklift ran into in thewarehouse. But even in their bent state, I could see these box springs were very sturdy and well made. I needed to get a full size box spring shipped to my daughter at school. She was moving into a new apartment for summer classes and the clock was working against us. PLEASE NOTE: Despite this being sold and shipped by Amazon and it saying on the page that it is "eligible for Prime after processing", it is NOT. It will NOT ship via Prime. It is drop shipped from California. You can do the math on how many days it takes to arrive. Typically, it takes 5 business days to go across country, plus an additional 1-2 days of processing time. If you have time constraints, this is not for you. Despite the delay in arrival, we were quite pleased with the box spring. It was easy enough for my college age daughter to transport from the package pick up point (she has a Jetta!) and set up by herself in her 2nd floor apartment. It gets 5 stars for simplicity alone. Sturdy and durable so far. There is no sagging and it supports a high quality 14" full size mattress with ease. Price point is fair considering it is easy to transport, shipped to your door and durable. UPDATE: Over a year later and yes, we are still very pleased. This box spring has survived college life and has traveled home for the summer.
