    • Poor quality and missing instructions.

No instructions were included with this carport. The metal connectors will not fit properly. The two “spare parts” connectors were properly crimped but the other (40 or so) were not. They are impossible to insert in the frame. Very disappointed in this product so far.

Why cant companies send detailed instructions??????? The first step is a picture, and absolutely could and needs to be atleast 6 steps, with words to tell you on this piece make sure the 1 hole on part C goes inside down position, step 2 in instructions is actually only 1 step but it could say make sure you put g on the back side of C didnt realize that till I had them all on, had to take all back off and do again. Step 3 should have been atleast 3 of its own steps specifically showing what and where... and for the love of all things, step 4 could have easily been 6-8 full steps with tons of warnings and instructions... if you've read this far take good note of this, you have triple check the very first piece of metal on the roof is 10000000000% perfect, because if not by the time you get the bottom of the second row or middle of the 3rd row on the first side, it's gonna be so far off you will barley be able to screw it together 🤬, I should have taken everything down and starter over but I would have had to fill so many holes i didnt, just did my best to make it work. There should be atleast holes or marks to properly install atleast the first piece of metal on each row, that way you not screwed. ... show more
