Needing the tightening screw from the Light to be fully tightened, which can eat into the soft metal of the stand. It will Hold, but long term is questionable. 2.) Internal Spring Catches 3.) No Case

So this product is very sturdy and I love that part. Personally, I'm kind of a newbie to this segment, but am going to use it to mount my main light for videos. I'm going to pick my best light so far, and use it on this one. I'll have to get more, but I like this setup better than tripods to trip over, if you have the dedicated space, which I do. Adjustability is great, as is the multiple screw mount sizes. I'll have to do more shopping to find different attachments.

Love that i can get rid of a tripod i have been tripping over and fumbling over at the product photography section of my shop. The included anchors are in my opinion for concrete. You will want toggles if installing in drywall. It doesnt have alot of bells and whistles but gives you an adjustable (on the vertical) mounting point off a ceiling.

It could use better instructions, but google around and you can find just about any help you need. It is a solid ceiling mount. It is great for a photo set up - it saves some space. This held my light with no worries.

I'm using it to hold up an LED lighting panel and it is sturdier and thicker than the light stand the panel came with. Just note that it only goes up and down and doesn't swing, so measure up the installation so you don't end up repositioning the stand and leaving screw holes in the ceiling.
