These handles are made of a hard rubber/plastic that feels very strong and durable. The twisted grooves on the handle, make it easy to grip and hold in the hand. I have used these extensively for the past month and they are still in great shape. Absolutely worth the money!

I have owned many different sets of handles over this years, all of them made with different materials. Steel, plastic, foam... And none of them were great. I found the foam ones to be too soft, the metal ones would inevitably rust, and none of the plastic ones were comfortable or would slide with the slightest bit of sweat. Well, I am proud to say that I have finally found my new favorite handles. These have a a symmetrical profile that is slightly more bulbous in the middle than the ends, but not obnoxiously so. They have a small, raised, diamond-waffle sort of pattern which not only increases the grip, but also allows for me to maintain my grip even as my hands start to sweat. Most importantly, they strike the perfect balance between comfort and grip wherein they are super plush like foam handles but they also aren't going to gouge your hands. I have not done any crazy weights with these, nor do I plan to, but they will hold up just fine to my 75ish pound max weight.

These handles are very robust. The webbing is super strong and the handles are solid plastic. The handles comes with carabiners which are a nice feature. I really like the contured shape of the handles. However, the aggressive non-slip design of the handles really digs into my hands when trying to pull moderate weight. This becomes painfull after a short while. If I use gloves this is not an issue. So, if you don't plan on using gloves I would recommend handles with a bit softer grip.

These handles are alright, but the grip itself is very uncomfortable. You would almost need gloves to use them because even my husband who has calluses from lifting felt these were hurting his palms.

I would get this again, the grips don't feel like they are pulling your skin at a microscopic level yet grippy enough to hold. It holds up to 180lb of weight perfectly fine and no tears. It's a good product.

So, I grabbed these to keep in my gym bag, because I can never find the handles in the gym when I need them. I used these today and I love them! They are sturdy and comfortable! I would recommend them. They are fairly heavy duty!

Well made. Good grip, heavy duty materials. It is great that they come with 2x carabiners. Essential accessory with any cable machine. I also used them with the resistance bands, very handy for certain types of workouts.
