I just received the chair today - three days ahead of schedule! The chair is beefy and sturdy yet manageable to get into and out of the car. I'll lay it over the edge of my mini van and push it into the van - using a small rug under it helps a lot. The chair is peppy, came fully charged, is comfortable and carries me well (5'10" and 200 lbs). I will add a small lumbar cushion to accomodate my own issues. There are little storage pouches and easy to assemble instructions. Folds easily and unfolds with a snap! This is just what I need to be assured I have a "ride" to get through stores and appointments. Great value, easy to use, maneuvers easily and is good quality.

Bought this to replace the large heavy power wheelchair jazzy 614 HD that was given to me by the VA. This one is way more portable and fits right in the back of the vehicle without a lift. I am 275 lb and then move me around very well. Took it to training for my service dog. Only issue is if you're on the sloped Hill and go to turn it becomes a little difficult.

Both the seller and Amazon Customer Service have been speedy in their respective responses to minor deficiencies that I have reported regarding (Joy Stick-Controller) mounting hardware and the difficult (cumbersome) movement (lowering) of the left-hand armrest. The wheelchair was delivered one day earlier than expected, is well designed, easy to open and fold, and functions as advertised. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would again purchase from this seller - using Amazon Prime - if I needed an item in their product line. During the week following delivery, the seller clearly demonstrated an interest and actions to help resolve my relatively minor issues.

Very sturdy body construction. Problems joystick is irratact. It came off the stick and I had to super glue it back on. Still not working right. No customer service phone number. No place to contact them except through Amazon. Now wheel came off. It has an inner tube and it came out and now I have to figure out what to do. Recap: no wheel and no joystick. Not worth the problems.
