The design is nice but the shelf panels are only 20mm thick MDF without reinforcement for heavy audio components. The packaging was poorly made. All the shelf panels are stacked up together without any protective liners in between. The panels and legs had several scratches and defects on arrival.

Built like a tank. Finish on simulated wood is very good but not excellent. May need to buy a matching second one. Assembly was easy, just keep in mind to estimate how much you screw rods in as there are no stops. Very heavyweight.

I'd have purchased anyhow, but had hoped since it is the same mfgr as the wider unit I purchased previously; that it would have been the same height and depth. Well depth is close enough, but height is about 2.25" higher. Otherwise it's all good. The detail on the product page does not give info on product height, and the dims in the image are wrong. Those match the double wide unit previously purchased. Obviously incorrect. Beware if heights are critical in your application. Update, I stand corrected. Just checked and the height IS correct.
