Great heat output and the flames look very real. Although there is a variety of colors to choose from for the log/crystals and flame, the natural look appears to be the most realistic. The app works well to control the fireplace and can be used as a remote substitute. It comes with a realistic/translucent log and also comes with a variety of clear and colored crystals. It's very simple to swap the log for the crystals. The fireplace has a very modern look with no visible buttons until you touch the glass to activate it. You can activate the fireplace without any heat output or fan running. It's completely silent and is great during summer. In addition, there are two heat modes, high and low, and output is directly in the center. It's held in place with two screws on the inside of the fireplace and the glass is removable without completely removing the entire fireplace from the wall. It also comes with the little rocks but I specifically chose this one for the logs. It has a heating function and a thermostat or you can just use the logs and flame look with no heat.
