This hand muff is super effective. Once you plug in a battery pack (standard USB-A), it heats up right away. The design of the muff keeps the heat trapped inside and warms up your hands efficiently and effectively. I knew this didn't come with a battery pack and that I'd have to supply my own, but I was disappointed to discover that the battery pack I was intending to use doesn't quite fit in the battery compartment. I was just able to barely get the battery pack inside the zippered compartment, but there was no room for the USB plug to stick out the end of the battery pack. It's not a particularly large battery pack either, coming in at just under 6.5 inches. So I'll have to use a smaller battery pack with less capacity. Still, I'm happy with this and look forward to keeping my hands warm while cheering on my son at his soccer games.

I got this to use on a snowmobile trip. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention that it needed a battery pack and forgot to bring one so I wasn't able to try it out in the cold outdoors like I planned. Once I found a battery pack that fit, I was impressed at how fast this heats up. It heats up on both sides so it works on getting both hands warm. It's soft inside This has three different settings that changes the heat by 5 degrees each setting. The button turns different colors for each setting so there is no question which setting it's on. The highest setting can get too warm so it's nice to be able to turn it down. My husband was hoping to take this skiing so he could use it on the lift. It's a little too bulky for that though it would be nice to keep hands inside while riding as that is the time our hands get the coldest skiing. Overall, I like this but don't completely love it. It would be great for fall and winter sports viewing and a great way for keeping hands warm while sitting outside for long periods of time.

As clearly stated throughout the item's text, it doesn't come with a battery. On the one hand, this is a sustainable move for folks that have multiple battery packs lying around. It also probably helps to keep the price down. On the other hand, we are kind of trained on the idea that rechargeable devices come with a battery. I was able to use a battery from another device to test this out. It heats quickly and produces a warmth that quickly encircles your hands. There are three different heat settings to find a comfort level you like. As far as construction goes, the quality of the materials is good. Though, the hand warmer itself is a little small for gloved hands (at least mine). I could get both bare hands in just below my wrists - more coverage would be preferred but not necessary. The neck strap is great and doubles as a waist or shoulder strap for carrying the hand warmer. It arrived and works as described (once you have a battery).

You can not charge this with a wall charger. You must use a battery pack. I overlooked that little detail in the description. Once you use a battery pack, it gets hot almost instantly. You’ll need a smaller battery back to fit into the zipper pouch. This will not work unless it’s plugged into a battery pack. I thought this might be a chargeable type thing but no. It’s fine as long as your battery pack has enough power in it. I like that it has a strap you can put around your neck or your body to make it handy to put your hands in. The inside lining is soft and warm. This will definitely help my cold hands situation, especially if I’m standing outside.

As I've mentioned in other reviews, it gets real cold here in Minnesota during the winters, so it is important to stay warm while working outside. Gloves are great, but sometimes they need to be removed to do finer work. This little muff works great to keep your hands warm. I like the fact that there are multiple heat settings. The muff/pouch is on the smaller side, so keep that in mind. Also, it does not come with a battery - you need a power bank with a USB-A port (the larger one) to power the heater. I own a number of these, so I like the fact that I can just quickly swap out battery packs that I already own rather than have to purchase some special battery and charger.

This heated hand warmer comes with two pockets. One has the USB cord to attach your own battery pack and the other is just a pocket. Both are lined. The ends of the handwarmers remind me of the end cuffs of a sweatshirt and the inside is lined with soft, fuzzy material. It has a neck strap so that you can pull both hands out without having to hold onto it or put it down. There are no directions. You need to hold the button in for several seconds in order for it to turn red and be on the highest setting. It does heat up very quickly and makes your hands warm very quickly. Overall, it’s a nice hand warmer that works well, I just wish it came with directions and it’s own the battery pack.

The media could not be loaded. This handwamer works perfect and has 3 temps to keep hands warm. The only thing it doesn’t come with battery pack and would need to purchase
