Now I can keep up with traffic better coming off a red light and I don't lose top speed but by a mile an hour. Shifts later for maximum take off.

Overall this is a fantastic blanket with incredible warming ability. Good: Two zone heating - works out when my kid and wife needs it warmer. Large! - it is actually true and larger to size I believe. I got the queen size one, and it is perfectly fine for our king size bed. Comfy - it is very fluffy and love the two tone color design. Speed - warms very quickly within 60 seconds Bad: It is a bit difficult to wash. I unplugged the ports, and the connectors still have metals exposed, no cover. After washing and drying with low temp setting, it is working perfectly fine. I cannot speak to the longevity of it (especially the washing part), but so far so good! It exceeds our expectations, and it is great buy if you need a warming blanket.

The nitty gritty: . I always washing clothing/blankets before I used them - it did survive the wash and I've had no electrical issues that I believe are related to washing since. I washed according to product instructions. . The first night I used this blanket it heated evenly, and the blanket material itself is very soft and warm. However, every night since (I've had this for about a week) the blanket heats unevenly, some spots are VERY hot while others are cold. The instructions have a laundry list of things you shouldn't do with the blanket, a few of them being not folding or bending the blanket too much while it's on, but it's impossible to keep it completely flat while sleeping. I noticed the areas that are bunched up heat up the most and it seems that it interrupts the heating element in the rest of the blanket and prevents it from heating up properly, if at all. The parts that do heat up when this happens gets VERY hot to the point where it's physically uncomfortable/painful and I worry about a fire hazard since, collectively, the blanket is not working properly. (I have ONLY plugged this directly into a wall outlet). . The remote control attached to the chord is cheap plastic, and when I turn it on I have to repeatedly click the on/off button until I can actually sift through the heating options. The timer has worked so far. . PSA - The heating element is only in the center of the blanket which I knew before purchasing, it seems that is how electric blankets are made these days, or maybe only the cheap ones. This has nothing to do with the review since I didn't actually mind that part as much as I thought I would, just a PSA. I just submitted my return request, so hopefully there are no issues with that.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. This thing gets warm quickly and is incredibly cozy. It creates the perfect bed on cold nights. It’s a great value. I have no idea what the numbers mean on the remote - was too excited to use it to check the instructions. Easy to get it to warm the bed. It seems slightly larger than a twin which is a great thing. Helps warm a small slice of my side of the bed. Seems well built and does exactly what you need It to do.

This heated blanket comes with a box. The color and materials is same as description. I put it above of my comfort and connected to the plug. It has two remote control,one for left side one for right. You can only open one side and save power. Very valuable. Fabric is very soft, nice and won’t be too heavy. I like that the blanket has a remote for each half of the bed so my husband and I can each choose our own heat and time settings. We can both sleep comfortably without compromise. The cord attachment is at the foot of the bed, so it doesn't make the blanket uncomfortable. The sherpa fabric is soft, warm, and comfortable. Maybe a little too warm and comfortable; it's so hard to get out of my warm bed and into the cold house (by comparison) in the morning! But read the instructions before using the blanket. One button on the remote controls the temperature while the other controls the time. Also, the cord needs to be plugged into the blanket before it is plugged into the wall even if the blanket is not turned on. If the cord is plugged into the wall first, the blanket will just give you an error and will not work.
