The media could not be loaded. This is a great heat press at a good value. It's half the cost of a professional press with similar features. It's made with strong metals, and the handle is solid. It shipped fast, and the staff informed me of color options before shipping, which I really appreciated. I got the press to match my shop. The digital display is intuitive and looks good. Setting the time and temperature was easy. However, when the press is open, it's a little hard to look at and operate. Setting the pressure is a bit challenging. Because I sometimes press with pressure pillows, I wish to raise the pressure space even more, but there's a limit to how much you can lift off. There is also a balancing handle, in case you need that. The heat is even all around, which I hear is a problem with some other presses. However, I had to raise the temperature by about 20% to reach the surface press I needed. I use a heat gun to test the surface heat post-press. This press didn't come with instructions, but support has been great. They explained how to use it, reset the counter, and more. They even called me to make sure my questions were answered. The slide-out is great; I only wish there was a handle to lock it in place. Note that the press won't close when off, so storing it is tricky. Also, it's quite heavy. One person could lift it, but lifting it high onto a shelf takes two. Lastly, there was one major flaw. The high-pressure cloth slipped off the upper plate, and I wasn't able to slip it back on. I contacted support, and they sent me a replacement right away. They explained that they will fix this in future products.

Super happy with purchase! Sellers communication and follow ups were great! The press itself is super impressive. Heats up quickly and love the size. Price point was great as well. Magnet is super strong which is good but when it pops open you have to be holding the handle or it releases a bit violently. Definitely a hefty press also weight wise which is to be expected. A minor thing that I wish it had is an option to have the press beep when it hits the heat level you set for it at startup. Otherwise I absolutely love the press and highly highly recommend going through this company. Shipping was faster than expected also which was another awesome job of this company.

I had worried about using a heat press brand I wasn't familiar with but I'm not disappointed. The price was the selling point for me. It has a lot of what I was looking for at a fantastic price. The seller was exceptional at communication and provided a great deal of guidance and has answered all of my questions. He was quick to respond and the heat press works. I will order and use his products more in the future!

The media could not be loaded. ****update***** April 26,25 I received a replacement for the original press I bought. I am pleased with the replacement customer service made things right by me so I am updating my review back to four stars **** update****** I’ve had my press since Oct 2024 and I am writing a 6 month update April 2025 The screws in the bottom platten have come out along with these metal pieces and now I really can’t use my press because it doesn’t hold the pressure and I can’t pull my drawer out. I have tried to place the screws back in but can’t get this metal piece in place so it has just become an overpriced paper weight. I am not happy at all when I try to use it I will have to figure out something to hold the platten up in order to create the pressure I need l paid too much money for this to not work properly! I love my semi automatic heat press with the slide out drawer. I have used it for vinyl, DTF and sublimation. Each time I have not had any issues using the press. My only wish is that the drawer came out more than it does. The pressure gauge is a little hard to turn but I think that because it is still new. I would purchase again.

I give this heat press a 5 stars because of the size of it and the functionality of the let up on the top plate once it finishes it count down. I was very impressed by that on my first try. It’s almost like an automatic like the smaller one I have. When I first got it out the box I couldn’t get it to work right but the company send me a videos on what to do and that really helped. I wasn’t sure if this was going be what I need for the value of the money and the product. I recommend this to anyone wants a pull out and ease of closing the heat lever and it looks to be a good build quality. I will buy this again.

This is by far the best heat press ever made, please be advised it weighs at least 80 pounds and you need a good stable wide and long space to hold this heat press. You will never need another heat press because this one is second to none. My expectations were exceeded by far. The quality and craftsmanship of this heat press is truly impressive.
