I am a nurse. I freeze at night at work. I have worked night shift for almost 17 years. Every night I am freezing. I bought this jacket for work and it works so well for me. I had this jacket previously and it lasted 3 years. But finally gave out after using it every night at work. The wiring is a little chinsy so follow instructions and only wash about once a year. Give extra care to wiring - don’t pull hard be careful and it will last at least 3 years - my first jacket from this company. I just bought a second jacket since the first one stopped working because the wiring cam loose. Compared to a different company that I bought from this jacket was superior and lasted the longest. The other company only last about a year of use.

Update: Their customer service was awesome regarding my complaint below. They quickly made it right, so I’m amending my review. Disappointing battery life. Gave this to my son for an early Christmas present because he works in a protected space outside. First time wearing it & he had it on medium for 4 hours and it dies. The estimate says 5 - 5.5 hours. That’s a big difference when it’s cold out. And it takes 6-7 hours to charge, so it’s useless for the rest of his shift. Additional battery is quite expensive at about $70. So, will probably return it and choose something else. At least be accurate in the info you provide to customers in making their decisions.

Tried another company but their battery was too heavy. This is perfect and on low you’ll get 4-5 hours.

Although this product is a great idea, it is not as warm as expected. It fits true to size and is light in weight but does not let out as much heat as one would need during the colder temperatures.
