The media could not be loaded. It’s very easy to use. It heats up evenly and the suggestion for temp and time is spot on. I love it so much I even made a cover for it and embroidered it. This is really perfect for my use. Someone had asked why I didn’t get the Cricut one and it’s because I think it’s overpriced. And why i didn’t get the one that has a handle and can do more things- it’s too bulky for me. So if you’re like me and is looking for something easy to use and will stay with projects using things that are flat (no caps), then try this one. Plus the pink is so pretty! ... show more

Purchased this heat press February 26 it Came the first week of March. Used it for the first time last night for 2 projects and it worked great. Got it out tonight to use, plugged it in to the same place etc. the buttons light up but the display screen is blank and no heat coming from it at all. Tried again in several other outlets that are the recommended V same problem. Very disappointed after one use it’s a waste and I’m just out of a good bit of money? ... show more

I have used it three times and all three I wound up having to use my iron because it wasn’t getting hot enough to fuse the iron on to the fabric when it gets to the desired temp it doesn’t stay there it keeps going down and won’t stay hot enough to work properly.
