Just starting out with all things heat press related. This is our first one. After tons of videos, research and overall "bang for your buck" we landed on this every time. Its easy to use, its very well built. Easy to assemble and it looks really nice. The attachments work and everything was up and running in under 30 minutes. It feels sturdy, nothing about it feels cheap. We have already made what we spent back in product sales.! YAY! If you are just getting started, this is the one. The media could not be loaded. I was buying all kinds of pressed shirts every time I turned around for my girls at school. We've had this machine for quite a few months now and I have never had an issue with it at all. It comes up to temperature perfectly and stays there. I've never had a problem pressing any of the presses I bought from TikTok or ones that I've made with my cricket. It's worth the purchase!

The media could not be loaded. Main press Works Great! Heats up a little slow compared to my other heart presses but it's accurate heat, large pressing area and is easy to lock down with a really bad shoulder. Was going to get the Cricut Auto press but this one had a bigger area to press. Was worth the money I guess. Just wish it hated up a little faster. Haven't tried all the other press parts yet but it all looks made nice. Would but again. Love the color and that it swings all the way around if you need it too and gets out of your way so you don't get burned.

So far, the press work very well. It has been used for sublimation transfers to fabric, wood, and steel tumbler and worked well on all of them. The only issue is the lack of instructions. From assembly, to use, to accessories there is practically no instructions provided whatsoever. Perhaps Vevor expects owners to be experts before purchasing. So the frustrations, though momentary, cost one star. A lot of the instructions and tips are available on YouTube, but you should t have to go looking for them. Otherwise, a seemingly great piece of equipment.

Update: Neither Amazon nor Vevor would stand by the 1 year warranty. However, I forgot I had thankfullly purchased the extended warranty with this product. So Amazon put me in touch with them and they refunded the FULL purchase price. Luckily they did not want the machine back because that would have been very diffiucult for me to pack back up and send back. I have read a ton ot of reviews. I see for ALL machines, some people have issues with them within a few months or 1 year of purchasing once the warranty is no longer good. I would DEFINITELY purchase the extended warranty. Worked out great in my situation and very user friendly. 1 star on Vevor, 5 starts on extended warranty. I purchased this is Noveber, 2022 and only used it a few times. I am now using it more but it doesn't seem to want to hold the temperature. For example, I will set it at 385 x 60 seconds, and within 10 seconds after pressing, the temperature starts to drop at least 20-30 degrees and slowly comes back up. Doesn't make it back to set temperature. Have ruined a lot of sublimation blanks because it wasn't at the set temp for the stated amount of time. I contacted Amazon. I was told it is under warranty for 1 year but I have to contact Vevor. I contacted Vevor, and they told me since I bought it from Amazon I have to contact Amazon. Getting the runaround and very frustrated!!! I will see what happens with Amazon tomorrow when I call back again, but my business is on stand by until I can get this resolved. Would recommend looking at a different maker. It worked good when it worked but too unreliable especially if they don't stand behind their product. Will update when this gets resolved.
