Let me first say that the company that they use for shipping is horrible. Estes Express line. They have the most mechanical issues I have ever known for a delivery company. Fed Ex Ground or another company would be better Update. After speaking with a manager I finally got my press delivered. Now I’m here to review the press. The 16x24 plates are heavier than the press. When it auto pops up it moves the entire press. You need c clamps to help secure it. The bottom portion need to be made with a heavier material to help hold keep it in place when it auto release

The media could not be loaded. This press is a game changer, dual plates and an extra large workspace makes pressing a breeze. It has allowed me to increase productivity. It does NOT beep annoyingly like my old press. It slides back and forth smoothly. And the auto release is soo much smoother than my previous press. Customer service is also amazing. This heat press is a game changer. As soon as we got it set up, me and my wife took off on making shirts. And once you get used to it, you can make so many shirts in half the time.
