This coat is amazing. I was hesitant to buy this one because I feared it was little more than a rain coat. But it is a true winter coat. I see some folks complaining of the arms being too long but I'm 5'10" and a bit large chested and the arm length is such a gift. They cover my wrists and I don't feel claustrophobic on the shoulders. The pockets are great. Zipper works. The hood is really great and. Not one of those parka things mainly for show that just gets in your way. The hood is truly functional and compliments the coat. I live in the Midwest with sub zero winter temps common. This coat will be very warm, cover my arms, neck, and tush. I'm sure I'll be wearing this for the next several seasons. I'm glad I bought this coat.

Let me start by saying I had big expectations for a jacket. I wanted the back to be scalloped no strings hanging out and no big design or label and with a hood. It needed to be waterproof and warm. I went with this to Germany during the rainy days it kept me dry except for the day it was pouring and I was just slightly damp on the inside around the thighs and shoulders but in 45F I was wearing a tank and slightly too hot to keep it zipped. The hood stays on really well. And I realized how much I appreciate the reflective stripe when I walk my dog at night. I also love the front pockets they are not bulky adding to the clean sleek look I was after. The side pockets are awkward as they sit too low but once you use the front pockets you will never want to take your hands out. Plus nothing falls out of your front pockets when you sit. So I originally ordered L thinking I need room for thick sweaters but I went back to M as the sleeves were way too long. The M fits pretty good, I can fit my wool Irish fisherman sweater under it but the sleeves are still slightly too long. Double zip is a must for jackets that are thigh high so you can sit comfortably on a wet surface or if you want to ride a bicycle in the rain.

The coat is well insulated and warm. It does a good job of blocking out the wind. I have yet to get the chance to test out the waterproof it claim. With that said, I am returning the coat because the sleeves are way too long on my arms, by at least 4 inches. I got a size larger than I thought I'd need for comfortable layering, so not sure if that's why the sleeves are so long. I can't really roll or push the sleeves up either due to the insulated lining.

Bought this coat for a trip to Norway early May because weather forecast is unpredictable I have rain jackets from other well known companies but they have no lining and any inclement weather makes for an uncomfortable day. Although this product is described as puffy it really is not, however, it is very warmer than I May bed but better safe than sorry. The coat has a nice fit abd well-made. Lots of pockets which is so important One review stated that it didn’t have a double zipper, but this one does so I am very delighted. I bought a large and the fit is great. I don’t like tight clothing. , I do feel that it might be a tad warm for my holiday but the fact that it’s waterproof and warm will be perfect. I have bought many products ( vests etc) from this company and have been pleased with everything. The clothing wears well

I bought this jacket because I was looking for a jacket that would be waterproof and insulated, and that it would also cover my upper tighs. This jacket seemed perfect but sadly I had to returned it because it look too big on me. I'm 5.2 and weight 220, so I bought the 2x size as recommended in the size chart. However, the jacket seemed to be made for taller people, the hood was too big, or I needed to have a longer neck perhaps....Also the pockets where to low on the jacket, I had to bend my torso in order for my hands to reach the lower pockets and the side pockets. The pocket should have been positioned at waist or hip hetight not over the tighs. But the jacket itself was beautiful. I was just to short.

I have a 33,000 ft jacket that I love, so I thought I’d give this winter coat a try. Seems well made and is probably warm. Has some nice features like fleece lined pockets, two-way zipper, storm flap, drawstring adjustments at waist, bottom hem and hood. That said, the fit was a bit off. I have short arms. I’m 5’2”. the sleeves on EVERYTHING are too long. (Luckily I can sew) These sleeves were unusually long. Like 8” too long! I think they may have used an orangutan as a model. The jacket was also a bit snug in the hips. Not terribly tight, just snugger than I prefer. It would zip and look okay, but I didn’t like the feel. Not a bad coat for the price, just not for me. I’ll be returning it and looking for another option.

I go on 3 dog walks a day in any weather with my husky. That means storms of all kinds. This is the perfect rain coat. It’s insulated, waterproof, flattering, and too many pockets to count. I’ll probably wear it in the snow as well. It’s a little bulky in the shoulders which I don’t love so will get it tailored but besides that, I plan to use this jacket for years.
