I like that it heat's up and my dislike is that when I received it had sand like something in the box and a long scratch on the bottom of the heat press. But other then that it does work great and there are no other complaints and I am thankful for that.

The heat press looks nice but I have not used it yet. I ordered this one because in 4 separate places in the details it states it is 4.33" wide. It is not. It is 3" wide. False advertising. Haven't decided if I will go to trouble of sending back or not because all the others are 3" as well. Just don't like to be deceived.

It did amazing! It kicked off after detecting that it wasn’t being used since I was weeding another decal, it has a bigger heating plate than the name brand option too! The only draw back is that the table gets really hot under the tray. But that’s easily fixed with a towel under it.
