If I can give this zero stars I would Probably the worst heat press out there if you notice from the stock photos up above the first picture of the heat press and the second picture are to different heat presses I received the one in the second picture the knob that tightens down the pressure broke The second problem with it is once you set the temperature and the time the timer doesn’t actually work it has almost some minute delay before it actually starts counting down It’s extremely wobbly not very sturdy when you rotate the arm out it has a tendency to tip The whole machine The instructions are a joke it’s a bunch of pictures with some words it doesn’t even tell you how to use it properly how to set the temperature in the time you have to re-read the directions 10 times in order to like try and figure it out And my last problem is the cord is extremely short on this so I couldn’t even plug it in down below my craft table into the socket ... show more

I was really excited to work on many different projects with this heat press. I guess I was lucky enough to get a defective one. The temperature does not stay set at the temp I set it at. I have it set at 305 to press my t-shirts, and it climbed to way above 530. I plugged it in to use it, didn't even turn it on and the plate was already to hot to touch. Now the company wants me to spend more money to get it fixed, or only give me half of my money back. Instead of sending me a replacement or refunding me all of my money so I can get one that actually works. ... show more

This product is what you pay for. It has imbalances in places of of the heat press. The heat doesn't control at any temperature. When you turn it off, it keeps producing heat. To a point where it melts things around it. UNPLUG IT ALL AFTER USING.

There were no instructions. second time using it, the heat would not stabilize. It overheated and was thrown in the trash.
