It was kind of difficult to put together It seems smaller than said. I can't even comfortably make adult size shirts :/ Other than that it works really good. It works great for tote bags, or smaller clothing items. I also really like the 360 swivel I just wish the heating area was a little bigger

I was excited to receive it. When I opened it, it was not assembled at all. And they failed to provide the instruction manual. I then got on the “live chat” with the company that makes it and they were not helpful. They emailed me the instructions but the instructions did not show or say how to put the whole thing together. It was supposed to already be assembled for the most part. What got me was they sent a wrench and lots of screws and pieces in a raggedy, torn up ziplock bag. Lol. I sent it back. Don’t get this brand.
