I agreed to a slightly used model outside of the handle being broke which I cement glued on and that round piece that goes underneath the plate being broke. I had one from the old microwave. This thing works like a dream. It heats up quickly. I mean it has a grill function would you believe a microwave with a grill function And I got it for very little bit of money I couldn’t ask for more not to mention the shining mirror on the front. I bought this in October 2024, worker great for the first 4 months. All of a sudden the buttons stopped working, I unplug and replug it in, proceed to hit every button and sometimes it decides to work. Absolutely ridiculous that I spent $130 on what I thought was a quality name brand appliance and here we are dealing with a piece of junk. I didn’t take enough time when I was shopping for this item. It seems to run kind of loud…. Humming sound, I don’t care for the door lock part but have gotten used to that. It is a very good looking appliance and looks nice on my counter.

Beautiful microwave! I love it. It's still pretty big I was trying to go a bit smaller. But over all it's awesome. The most difficult part was trying to set the time. Easy to use and nice quality. Emerson is the best my last one lasted 10 years. Still working but really needed to update.

    • Extremely Fast Heating and Cooking
So far I absolutely love it. After being forced to use a 600 watt microwave for years due to wiring issues I moved and was able to update to this 1100 watt one. It cooks and heats extremely fast. I haven't tried out the grilling feature yet but it looks simple to use. I am in heaven.
